Welcome to CarGo! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of CarGo's Website and Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use CarGo's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Rental Requirements

• Age: Renters must be at least 21 years old. An additional surcharge may apply for renters under 25.
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license held for at least one year is required. International renters must present a valid license from their country of residence and an International Driving Permit (IDP) if their license is not in English.
• Payment: A valid credit card in the renter's name is required for payment and security deposit.

3. Booking and Cancellation

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup time.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a one-day rental charge.
  • No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

4. Vehicle Use

• The vehicle must be operated in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
• The vehicle must not be used for illegal purposes, racing, or off-road driving.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning fee will be applied if evidence of smoking is found.
• Pets are generally not allowed unless specified and agreed upon in advance, and may incur additional cleaning fees.

5. Insurance and Damages

• Basic third-party liability insurance is included in the rental price.
• Additional insurance options (e.g., Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Protection) are available for purchase.
• The renter is responsible for any damages to the vehicle not covered by insurance, including but not limited to tire damage, lost keys, or interior damage.

6. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Otherwise, a refueling charge plus the cost of fuel will apply.

7. Returns

Vehicles must be returned on time to the agreed-upon location. Late returns may incur additional charges. Please inspect the vehicle with our staff upon return to confirm its condition.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the rental takes place, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
