How old do I need to be to rent a car?

The minimum age to rent a car with CarGo is 21 years old. Renters under 25 may be subject to an additional young driver surcharge.

What documents do I need to rent a car?

You will need a valid driver's license (held for at least one year), a valid credit card in your name for payment and security deposit, and a valid ID (passport or national ID card).

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking for free up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a one-day rental charge. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

Is insurance included in the rental price?

Basic third-party liability insurance is included. We offer additional insurance options, such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP), for purchase to provide more comprehensive coverage.

What is your fuel policy?

All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, a refueling service charge plus the cost of the missing fuel will be applied.

Can I pick up the car at one location and return it to another?

Yes, we offer one-way rentals between our various locations. Please select your desired pickup and return locations during the booking process. Additional fees may apply for one-way rentals.
